Papua New Guinea high school graduates now have the opportunity to pursue world-class education abroad through Paradise International Education Consultancy (PIEC), an education placement agency. The consultancy has announced that registration for university studies in the Philippines for the 2024 academic year has resumed. Jensen Chow, executive consultant at PIEC, emphasized that studying in the Philippines provides more than just academic learning. "Students will not only benefit from exceptional classroom instruction but also experience the rich cultural environment of the Philippines," Chow noted. He expressed enthusiasm about the reopening of PIEC after its closure due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The Philippine academic year is set to commence on July 29 this year.
Based in Cebu City, PIEC has been assisting students since 2012, having placed over 560 Papua New Guinean students in ten universities and colleges across the Philippines. These students have pursued various fields of study, including architecture, fine arts, arts and sciences, healthcare professions, business and economics, engineering, and pilot training.
