Chevening in Papua New Guinea
Chevening is funded by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office and partner organisations. Our partners contribute to Chevening in various ways, helping us to develop talented individuals from across the globe who will go on to be future leaders and decision makers.
Chevening Scholarships are awarded to individuals with demonstrable leadership potential who also have strong academic backgrounds.
The scholarship offers financial support to study for a Master’s Degree at any UK university and the opportunity to become part of an influential global network of 46,000 alumni.
The call for new applicants follows the selection of three scholars from Papua New Guinea, who won an award to study at a UK university earlier this year.
There are more than 1,500 Chevening Scholarships on offer globally .
However, these scholarships represent a significant investment from the UK Government to develop the next cohort of global leaders.
Field of Study
Applicants can choose any course of study at any UK higher education institution.
All Chevening applicants must submit their education documents, references, and one unconditional UK university offer. The deadlines for these required documents are in the application timeline. Use the ‘update my application’ button above to upload them.
If you are eventually conditionally selected for a Chevening Scholarship, it is essential that you have submitted these documents in order to remain in the process.
