In accordance with the MOU on Educational Cooperation between the Government of the People’s Republic of China and the Government of the Independent State of Papua New Guinea, the Chinese Government will provide five (5) postgraduate scholarships and fifteen (15) undergraduate degree Scholarships for PNG students to pursue degree studies in China . Application Submission
Those who are applying through the Office of Higher Education must submit their application to the Office of Higher Education, at Mutual Rumana, Waigani Drive, P.O. Box 5117, Boroko NCD. Those who are applying for Open Category must submit there application forms the Chinese Embassy in Port Moresby.
