The University offers Specialized Degree, and Diploma Programs in the School of Education, School of Humanities, School of Science and Technology, Institute of Technical Vocational Education and Training, School of PostGraduate Studies, Institute of Distance and Flexible Learning, UOG Enga Campus, and UOG Sepik Campus.

- Complete all relevant sections of the form in UPPER CASE, failure to do so may result in the rejection of your application.
- The form must be sent with certified copies of all educational qualification documents (Certificates, Transcripts of results, etc.).
- Do not send original copies. Original copies must be produced for sighting at the time of registration. Failure to produce original copies will result in you admission being rejected.
- Enclose two current passport size photographs with your application form. (Your name and program applied for must be clearly printed on the back of the photos).
- A fifty Kina (K50.00) non-refundable fee is charged for every application lodged. Please pay into the University of Goroka account at your nearest BSP branch and attach the copy of the receipt with the application form. You must keep the original receipt with you to show at any time during the registration. (Your name and The program applied for must be clearly printed on the bank receipt). No personal cheques will be accepted. Any fraudulent fee payment will be referred to Police.
- The University reserves the right to make changes(s) to Program(s) or Withdraw without notice.
- Each application entitles you to apply for only one program of your choice.
- Faxed or emailed applications will not be processed.
- Application received after the closing date will not be processed.
- This application does not automatically guarantee a place for study at the University.
- All new intakes are required to bring a Laptop and a Smart Phone during registration.
