Post PNG Ltd will offer cross-functional training &development programs to the successful cadet(s), including mentoring and coaching. As part of the program, the Cadets will undergo various short term job assignments and/or rotations in order to develop their leadership, managerial and technical competencies in different departments in their first 12-18 months of employment. Job placement(s) after the program is subject to graduates’ performance during the cadetship tenure and the business needs of the organization. Candidates must strictly meet the following requirements and/or criteria. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Skills/Knowledge: Diploma/Bachelors Degree either in Commerce, Accounting or Business Management or Similar Disciplines; Excellent and Consistent Academic Excellence; Excellent Computer Skills; Effective Negotiation and Analytical Skills; Effective Communication Skills; Flexibility, Adaptability and the Capacity to Thrive in a Changing Business Environment; Know-how in Utilizing Technology (including Proficiency in Micro-Soft Exchange, Microsoft Word, Power-point & Excel); Confidence and Decision Making Ability; Sound Planning And Organizational Ability Problem Solving Ability; Effective Interpersonal Skills.
