  • Those applying for Grade 13 and above must hold a degree as required under Secretary’s Circular No. 44 of 2017.
  • Grade 12 level positions are base-level roles, and the minimum entry requirement for Grade 13 and above is a first degree.
The Department aims to recruit knowledgeable and skilled personnel with the right competencies, reliability, and strong work ethics to achieve improved outcomes in education.
Eligibility:
Current employees and short-term contract (STC) officers are encouraged to apply. Experienced secondary, vocational, and primary teachers within the system are also eligible.
