![]() DEPARTMENT of Education secretary Dr Uke Kombra yesterday launched online results for this year’s grades 10 and 12 examinations in Port Moresby. When delivering Education Minister John Roso’s speech, Dr Kombra said this year was the third year in a row for examination results for grades eight, 10 and 12 and the grade 11 selection results to be released online for students and parents to access. He said this year results were for 72,164 grade 10 students in high and secondary schools, 30,711 grade 12 students in 186 secondary and six national high schools. Dr Kombra said students and parents could access their results through the internet link https://mypngexamresults.com or mypngexamresults.com on their computer, laptop, tables, or mobile phones.
He said alternatively, they could access the results through a mobile app on their smart phone which could be downloaded on their android smart phones by typing “my png exam results” on google play store. Dr Kombra said this service portal was accessible 24/7 with integrated data control and supervisory algorithms for the duration endorsed by the Department of Education and should be made available to employers in the future who would like to confirm academic results with what were on the certificate during recruitment. He said for the first time, Fode exam results would be available on the website. A total of 7,575 grade 10 students and 8,300 grade 12 students from 22 provincial Fode centres and 46 registered study centres throughout the country would have access to their final exam results.
