I am a primary school teacher graduated at Sacred Heart Teacher's college Bomana in 2021. First year of teaching at Vanuamae Primary school in 2022. I was given a file# 13326050 in 2022. Unfortunately, I was paid to a wrong bank account which was 1090091508 so I went to PED Central n I was given a checklist to collect necessary documents for the department of education to do repayments and I did. Therefore, whole of 2022 I was under pay. Secondly, in 2023 pay period # 8 I was paid into the same wrong account# 1090091508. Then in pay# 14 of 2023 I got my normal pay since then. However my query is, where is my lumps sum for 2022???
Please do consider my issue and sort it out.

I am a senior teacher for almost 13 years now. Started teaching 2005, got my seniority in 2010 up until the elevation process in which I was not elevated to level 4. It's a pity when all the junior staff their Base Salary is similar to mine. Was emailing my provincial salary but nothing happened. For 2024 after being inspected I am now on Level 5 position. Because of my concise with other teacher's also we thought that all schools in Menyamya are categorized as disadvantage because, we always travel on land cruisers by paying K100 p.m.v fares with ockward place to sit and travel for a day and night till next morning reach Menyamya. Am a elementary school teacher from malgu in KarKar Island Madang Province. I would like enquire my complaint to the payroll section regarding my scratch education cheque not being reproduce. My cheque serial number 1578346 was bonch back upon depositing due to stratch. I did deposit the cheque valued K5020 on the date 21/12/2015 with the bank south pacific but my cheque payment was declined due to stratch orrurance, However the advice me to contact the salary section if they can assist by producing new cheque, The bank also kept the cheque and they give me copy as the evidence.
I have been trying over these years to contact education salary section if they can assist to reprnt new cheque as the payment but not any response from the payroll section.
Please assist and advise on this concerning matter of mine.
Am desperately awaiting to hear from you soon

I am a primary school teacher teaching at Inauaia Primary,Kairuku District in Central Province.
In reference to the above,I haven't been paid my lump sum for the two years (2021&2022).I taught for 3 years without been paid.This year,2024,I was given my file #13495504 and was told that I would be backdated for only one year, however,I was backdated for this year's pay only which is from pay 1 to pay 6.After I was backdated on pay 6,I went off payroll on pay 7&8 without any notice why I was put off,then on pay 9,I received a message telling me that I would receive my lump sum for 2022, however I received only a quarter of that lump sum,again on pay 10 and today pay 11.I was put off again.
My question is why can't I be on a normal pay?

I was being put off payroll 66since pay 9. I was paid on pay 12, then pay 13, I was put off again. Pay 14 ok. Pay 15 my gross dropped so low that I couldn't afford anything with that money.
