Pangia Secondary School
Pangia Secondary School is located in the Ialibu Pangia District of the Southern Highlands Province. Previously it was known as Pangia Provincial High School. This school was converted into secondary school in 2009 by PNG Prime Minister Peter O’neill. Students mostly from the East Pangia, Pangia Central and last Wiru attend the school. Few students from Koare, Tindua and Ialibu go to Pangia Seconary School. The Local MP has put in funds to upgrade the school. The school now access, television, internet and telecommunications services.
It is a boarding school and around 700 students study at the school. Shopping malls are available at Pangia town .
Bus services run from Pangia to Mendi/Mt Hagen.
