The potential candidates must meet the following criteria: University Degree with high academic performance (minimum GPA of 3) Related work experience associated with internship, on the job training or casual work. Possess leadership skills such as school captain, sports and social leader or member of the student representative.

Active in extra-curricular activities such as volunteer work or interest groups, toastmasters etc
