![]() Let me, on behalf of Team EPA congratulate Ms Christaphilldah Sap aka Christa for securing a scholarship to study in Netherlands starting November 2020. She will do her masters degree in Environmental Science and Technology. Christa, just like majority of the PNG's Gr.12 school leavers who are denied of their rights to access Education (though scoring good grades), was denied of a tertiary education placement in her country. However, that did not discourage Christa. Her parents worked very hard to find alternative ways to allow their first born daughter to seek education abroad to do her bachelor's degree in Petroleum and Gas Engineering in China. After learning EPA of its good policies, they chose EPA to secure Christa's placement abroad. "One or two of the policy framework(s) that impressed my heart to trust EPA was its policy to encourage its students to go for further studies, and attain their PhD's before they reach 30 and also how EPA handles students problems, and treats every EPA student as a Family', said Christa's mother, Mrs Eveyln Sap, Ms Christa (from a mix percentage of Enga and SHP) who was the only PNGean selected among few other candidates from developing states around the world, was so excited to take up the offer, and was determined to fly the PNG flag in the Netherlands. EPA comes in package, and if you start with EPA for your education, you will reach the pinnacle of your Education Life with EPA, only if you work smart and diligent. Few other EPA graduates who also graduated with their bachelor degrees in China are; 1. Ms Jovina Wallen - Currently a Petroleum Engineer with Exxon Mobil PNG LNG. 2. Nickson Nikints - Masters student in Petroleum Engineering 3. Samantha Begofa - Masters student in Petroleum Engineering. 4. And the list continues. EPA is changing the people's paradigms - When they think nothing good can come out, EPA creates honey to bubble up! Our Best Gets Better because We are a Family, We serve by Heart and Promote Excellence! Well done Christa and the Team!
