Seminar participants learn new skills on financial literacy online

Howarig Traders, locally registered SME, held a two-days seminar at the Lamana hotel in Port Moresby over the weekend to help people learn about how to do investment in the Global Forex Trading. Online.

The seminar was presented by Howarig Trader’s director Mr. Peter Kinjap and is purposely to help people avoid being subject to online scammers and also have a fair knowledge and understanding about Global Forex Trade including the Bitcoin, Crypto currency and CashFX.

A former teacher who attended the seminar, Mr. Zachary Manui, expressed his interest to explore the global forex market after learning about the opportunity from the seminar. According to Mr. Mauni, he said, in the education system, we were never been taught online financial literacy. We were only taught professional literacy and capital literacy that is why we are lost today.  "One of the key components of driving a human being to live a good life is Financial Literacy, which is presented during the seminar”, he added.

Another female participant who traveled all the way from East New Britain Province to attend the seminar said, “I am happy to be here at the seminar. I learn a lot in these two days seminar and that her coming here was not a waste”. 

She said this during the training she learned a lot. “I can now fully understand what Bitcoin is and what are cryptocurrency and the Blockchain and how it works”, she said. She also said that the most interesting part of the seminar is that she fully understands the process of how people purchase Bitcoin online and also how people withdraw Bitcoin into cash kina. In the next seminar, she is planning to bring both of her sons to explore this business in the future.

Other participants also show their appreciation for learning new things in that seminar and they thanked Mr. Kinjap for facilitating the event and for making it a successful event for everyone.
