Congratulations to all students who have successfully completed studies in 2021 and those accepted to readmit for studies in 2022. The 2022 Continuing Students list can be downloaded now from the DWU website or on the links below. The list also contains names of students accepted to readmit for studies in semester 1 of 2022.
More information is provided in your letters that will be posted to you. You are asked to read thoroughly to understand what is expected of you once you receive your letter and other correspondence. Students who do not find your names on the list are asked to contact the DWU Office of the Registrar to know your status. ![]() PNG EDUCATION Minister Jimmy Uguro says it is a school’s responsibility to solve any development issues that come with the implementation of the 1-6-6 system. He was responding to questions on a lack of resources and infrastructure development in some schools to implement the system. Uguro told The National that it was a school’s administrative issue to solve. He said the Government allocated funding to the provinces and education divisions and they needed to work with district authorities and school administrations to provide infrastructure development and other administrative assistance. ![]() THE University of Goroka (UOG) is phasing out its two-year diploma programme for a four-year bachelor of education (primary). Enga Governor Sir Peter Ipatas signed the agreement with the university yesterday, saying education quality should be enhanced at all levels in the province. In the agreement the university will be running a four-year bachelor of education (primary) programme, phasing out the two-year diploma programme. |
