THE Pacific Adventist University (PAU) is expected to enrol more than 1,000 students this year, vice-chancellor professor Lohi Matainaho says. Speaking at the university’s mini convocation and welcoming of new students on Friday, Matainaho said 382 graduates who passed with diplomas and degrees last year did not graduate last year due to the Coronavirus (Covid-19) protocols. Matainaho urged graduates to serve the people and the country with the Adventist values that they acquired from PAU.
“Your struggle and hard work in the last three years have finally paid off,” he said. “Go out and serve with Christian values.” Matainaho said the university has four schools – humanities, education and theology; business; health science; and science technology. Prime Minister James Marape encouraged students to manage their time and work towards their ambition and future. “The power of choice is very important,” he said. “You make smart choices today and you will live a life intended by God.” >> Study at Pacific Adventist University The National / PNG Education News Next : AVIAMP-PIKUS Elementary School Needs Support Comments are closed.
