East New Britain Governor, Michael Marum made his first public appearance at a small but significant gathering at the Mapex Training Institute Graduation last Friday. Mr. Marum delivered his keynote address to an audience of 125 students who passed out of the Institute. He said such technical and practical institutions, such as Mapex deserve due recognition from the government, and the service it provides meets current demands in the country. He said graduation's should not be seen as the end of education, however, a start to a whole new journey of challenges one must encounter in life.
Governor Marum said there's no limitation in the process of learning and pledged his full support to institutions in East New Britain Province. Meantime, Managing Director of Tropicana Limited, Dame Sandra Lau urged the graduating class to stay healthily fit to avoid lifestyle diseases. She further urged the students to think and be entrepreneurs. NBC News / PNG Education News Next : PNG University To Have Police On Campus Comments are closed.
