THE Hela Rural Development Foundation donated 18 boxes of library books to selected primary and elementary schools to improve students’ learning in Hela last week. Founder Eric Yawas said the donation was part of their strategic plan to help boost children’s learning in the remote areas. He said the foundation aimed to improve learning outcomes for children in rural communities and commended his team for their efforts. Yawas thanked the Hela Rural Development foundation’s partners and encouraged the resource developers to continue partnerships with non-governmental organisations to improve services in education and health in remote communities. “We will deliver the books to the selected schools in Hela,” Yawas said.
“They are the invaluable learning tools for our children who represent the future of our community.” The National / PNG Education News Next : PNG University Students Call Out Prime Minister Marape's ‘Weak Statement’ Comments are closed.
