TWO female officers with the West Sepik provincial administration have graduated with degrees in management. Julie Wareo Kai, executive manager of the corporate services division and Grace Ninda Ina, manager gender equity and social inclusion were among the 975 students who graduated from the Divine Word University this month. Kai started as a welfare officer and worked her way up to becoming the executive manager corporate services. She has been a public servants for more than 30 years. Ina started as a media unit coordinator and had served for more than 25 years. Both pursued their studies while working to get their degrees. They put their studies on hold at one stage to work and raise their children before taking up studies again. The provincial administration is encouraging officers to improve work performance by innovation and training. More than 20 senior programme managers and directors are taking the bachelor of management programme through the Flexible Learning Mode. A memorandum of understanding was signed with the Divine Word University so that lecturers could deliver the courses in Vanimo.

I really interested,but working as vehicle technician at ela motors,am i eligible to take diploma in management or the programe is disigned for office people only??..please let me know
