Two senior Government of Papua New Guinea public servants have been awarded prestigious fellowships to attend the Australia and New Zealand School of Government in Melbourne. The Department of Treasury’s First Assistant Secretary, Corporate Services, Mrs Nama Polum, and the Department of Justice and Attorney General’s Deputy Secretary for Justice – Justice Administration, Mr Nichodemus Mosoro, will receive tailored training for public sector leaders in strategic management, leadership and policy. The fellowships are an initiative of the Australian Government to support PNG public sector governance. Australian High Commissioner to Papua New Guinea Ms Deborah Stokes hosting a morning tea at the High Commission to farewell Mrs Polum and Mr Mosoro, who begin their training on 3 November.
