TARI Pori MP James Marape says any donation towards the earthquake relief efforts is commended as God loves a cheerful giver. He received donations by students and staff of Gordon and Port Moresby international schools, accompanied by former MPs John Kekeno and Mathew Yago, and Rex Paura from the Hela relief appeal committee. Port Moresby International School students through their school’s Interact Club donated 20 water barrels and 16 cartons of tinned meats and clothes while Gordon International donated clothes. Marape told the students that it was not the size of the donation but the measure and motivation of the heart that mattered. “For me to see all the students and staff coming out in big numbers like this especially in your last day of class facing ,” he said. “The students maybe sacrificing their lunch money to have this kind gesture for us to convey back to Hela. “There are many students just like you who are in this predicament.” The National
