GRADE 10 examinations in Morobe saw some minor hiccups at two schools but they were managed well in the end, an official said. Provincial examination supervisor and principal of Lae Secondary School Christopher Raymond said Bugandi Secondary and Siassi High saw some late or wrong exam papers come through as a result of miscommunication. “Bugandi did not receive practical skills, arts and home economics papers. They were wrong supplies but we managed to communicate with the Measurement Services Division and fast-track through the papers which were received very early on Tuesday morning,” Raymond said.
“The students sat for the exams in the afternoon.” Raymond said Siassi High did not receive its computer studies exam papers on time. “Again we managed to communicate with the Measurement Services Division and they sent the papers. “I personally dropped off the papers with the crew of the mv Momase Express on Tuesday morning for delivery to the school,” Raymond said. “The head master confirmed receiving the papers, and the students sat at 1pm.”
