PAPUA New Guinea students who aspire to attend a flying school may now take off to their dream at the Philippines as the Continental Aero Flying School (CAFS) opens a bigger opportunity to future pilots.
Captain Jithin Bhadran, CAFS accountable manager, flew to Port Moresby on Sept 12 and visited Mt Hagen to help aspiring PNG pilots fulfill their dreams. This was in coordination with Paradise International Education Consultancy, a Filipino-based education placement agency. CAFS has so far enrolled eightstudents from PNG who are under a well-tailored training syllabus to help them become professional pilots. “We wish to hear more from PNG students who have dreams to become a pilot, though not everybody can afford to train but they can share with us and dream about it,” CAFS quality manager Eun Hye Jin said. CAFS, which is licensed by the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines, and a member of the International Civil Aviation Organisation, is based at Mactan-Cebu International Airport of the Philippines which has more than 100 flights a day by Asia’s leading airline companies. It is staffed by personnel who are competent and excellent in the field of aeronautics and other aspects of aviation. “We wish to help more students to be professional pilots who will be the future of PNG aviation,” Jin added. CAFS is extending its mission of producing world-class and professional pilots in PNG. The National 1/17/2014 12:18:17 pm

I am delighted reading the news of PNG students who achived their dreams to become a pilot which your organization made it possible. I have an interest as well to become a pilot. Could you contact me with information and requirements and how to apply to take up that study in the Philipines. 4/4/2014 12:29:47 am
It is a true that many of us have dreamed of but due to financial and poor background we cannot not afford or achieve our dreams. As for me I am very interested with your policy but cannot afford as others do. Everyone has a dream in their life when you have your own.
