Around 116, 000 grade 8 students in the country today began their exams with the hope to progress on to secondary education.
Deputy principal of Kilakila Primary School Phillip Siworo said he felt his students had all prepared well for the exams and was confident all 182 students of Kilakila would do well. “Day one has gone well without any disruptions and we felt we’ve done our best to get all our students prepared,” said Siworo. The schedule for the exams is day one- Language of English (part 1), tomorrow will be Mathematics, Wednesday Language of English (part 2) and Thursday Combined Subjects.
